Finding Patients
Opening the Patients List
Select the person icon (Patients) from the left navigation bar. The Patients page opens with a searchable list of patients in your current business unit.
Searching for a Patient
Type a name, date of birth, member ID, or other identifier into the search field at the top of the table. The list filters in real-time as you type. You can also search from the header bar on any page: type in the Search patients… field and press Enter to jump straight to the filtered Patients list.
Filtering by Business Unit
If your organization has multiple business units, a Business Unit Filter appears above the patient list. Select a business unit from the filter to narrow results to patients in that unit only. Clear the selection to return to your full accessible list.
Showing Patients Without Current Insurance
By default, the list shows only patients with active insurance coverage. This hides stale or duplicate records that have no current coverage.
To include all patients regardless of insurance status, enable the toggle labeled Show patients without current insurance above the table. This is useful when looking for older records or tracking down duplicate entries for a merge.
Opening a Patient Record
Select any row in the list to open that patient’s chart.
