Integrations
This area is available to tenant administrators and global administrators.
The Integrations tab inside the tenant detail page lets you connect your tenant to external systems. Two integration types are available: Fax and PharmPix.
Navigate to the Integrations tab by opening your tenant from Tenant Management (global admins) or by selecting the settings gear and choosing Manage Tenant (tenant admins).
Fax Integration
The fax integration enables sending and receiving faxes for determination letters and inbound communications.
Adding a Fax Provider
- On the Integrations tab, find the Fax Integrations section.
- Select Add Fax Provider.
- In the dialog that opens, fill in:
- Fax Provider — Select your provider from the dropdown.
- Fax Number — Enter the fax number in the format
+1-555-123-4567or(555) 123-4567. - Enable this fax integration — Toggle on to activate the integration immediately after saving.
- Select Add to save.
The configured fax integration appears as a card showing the provider name, fax number, and its enabled/disabled status.
Editing or Removing a Fax Provider
Each fax integration card has an Edit (pencil icon) and a Delete (trash icon) button. Use the edit button to update the fax number or toggle the enabled state. Use the delete button to remove the integration.
PharmPix Integration
The PharmPix integration enables pharmacy claims data to be ingested for this tenant.
Configuring PharmPix
- On the Integrations tab, find the PharmPix Integration section.
- Select Configure PharmPix.
- In the dialog that opens, enter:
- PharmPix Username — Your PharmPix API username.
- PharmPix Password — Your PharmPix API password.
- Once saved, the integration appears as a card showing that credentials are stored (the actual values are masked for security).
Enabling or Disabling PharmPix
The integration card shows an Enabled or Disabled status chip. Select the Edit (pencil icon) button on the card to toggle the integration on or off or to update the credentials.
When editing an existing configuration, leave the username and password fields blank to keep the existing stored credentials. Enter new values only if you need to update them.
Removing PharmPix
Select the Delete (trash icon) button on the PharmPix card to remove the integration. This does not delete any previously ingested data.
