This area is available to tenant administrators and global administrators.

The Integrations tab inside the tenant detail page connects your tenant to external systems. Settings are organized into sub-tabs: Fax, PharmPix, GPG Key, and Partner API Keys.

Open the tenant detail page and select Integrations. Global administrators open the tenant from Tenant Management; tenant administrators select the settings gear and choose Manage Tenant.

Fax Integration

The fax integration enables sending and receiving faxes for determination letters and inbound communications.

Adding a Fax Provider

  1. On the Integrations tab, open the Fax sub-tab.
  2. Select Add Fax Provider.
  3. In the dialog that opens, fill in:
    • Fax Provider — Select your provider from the dropdown.
    • Fax Number — Enter the fax number in the format +1-555-123-4567 or (555) 123-4567.
    • Enable this fax integration — Toggle on to activate the integration immediately after saving.
  4. Select Add to save.

The configured fax integration appears as a card showing the provider name, fax number, and its enabled/disabled status.

Editing or Removing a Fax Provider

Each fax integration card has an Edit (pencil icon) and a Delete (trash icon) button. Use the edit button to update the fax number or toggle the enabled state. Use the delete button to remove the integration.

When you have unsaved fax changes, select Save at the bottom of the Fax sub-tab.

PharmPix Integration

The PharmPix integration enables pharmacy claims data to be ingested for this tenant.

Configuring PharmPix

  1. On the Integrations tab, open the PharmPix sub-tab.
  2. Select Configure PharmPix.
  3. In the dialog that opens, enter:
    • PharmPix Username — Your PharmPix API username.
    • PharmPix Password — Your PharmPix API password.
  4. Once saved, the integration appears as a card showing that credentials are stored (the actual values are masked for security).

Enabling or Disabling PharmPix

The integration card shows an Enabled or Disabled status chip. Select the Edit (pencil icon) button on the card to toggle the integration on or off or to update the credentials.

When editing an existing configuration, leave the username and password fields blank to keep the existing stored credentials. Enter new values only if you need to update them.

Removing PharmPix

Select the Delete (trash icon) button on the PharmPix card to remove the integration. This does not delete any previously ingested data.

When you have unsaved PharmPix changes, select Save at the bottom of the PharmPix sub-tab.

GPG Key

The GPG Key sub-tab holds the encryption key for this tenant. A customer who sends you encrypted files uses the public key to encrypt them. Each tenant has one key.

Generating the Key

Only global administrators see the key button. If you are a tenant administrator, you can open the sub-tab and copy the public key once it exists, but you cannot create or replace it.

  1. On the Integrations tab, open the GPG Key sub-tab.
  2. Select Generate Key.
  3. The key appears with its Fingerprint, the date it was Created, and the Public key.

Giving the Public Key to the Customer

Select Copy Public Key to copy it to your clipboard, or Download to save it as a file. Send it to the customer so they can encrypt their files to you.

The private key is stored encrypted and is never shown anywhere on the screen. Share only the public key.

Replacing the Key

Select Replace Key to create a new key. A confirmation asks you to proceed, because the previous public key will stop working. Files the customer encrypted with the previous public key will not open. After you replace the key, copy the new public key and give it to the customer.

Partner API Keys

The Partner API Keys sub-tab lets you give an outside partner system read access to patient and prior authorization information in your tenant. You create an application for each partner, choose the top-level clients and permissions it gets, issue the keys its system uses, and configure webhooks that notify the partner when a prior authorization status changes.

This sub-tab appears when you are working inside the tenant that owns the keys. If you are a global administrator viewing another tenant, select Enter Tenant at the top of the page first.
